The Jurassic Encounter is going on now at the Bull Run Special Events Center. Visitors can see and interact with over 50 life-size dinosaurs. Some of the dinosaurs are animatronic and so life-like that it might feel like you’ve been transported back to the Jurassic Age. There are interactive activities that are both fun and educational—you can dig for dinosaur bones, hop in the bounce house, and even take in a movie! “The Land Before Time” (1988) will be aired this Friday and “Jurassic Park” will be shown on Saturday. The weather is supposed to be great this weekend, so bring a blanket and enjoy the show!
Tickets are $19 per person but you can also add-on dinosaur souvenir packs for kids. Tickets can be purchased online or at the door, but certain time slots may sell out.
The Jurassic Encounter is at Bull Run from May 20-May 30, 2022.
